to share your thoughts and interests — someone who is more than a caregiver, someone who is
a companion. That is why we chose the name, Companion Care.
Free Consultations for Companion Care
At Companion Care, we know how important it is to send the right companion to you whether
you live in a home, a retirement living center or a senior care facility. Before we introduce a companion
to you, we will meet with you to learn what services we can provide for you, to determine the hours and days
when you want the services performed, and to learn about you and your desires for care. Some agencies
charge a fee for services of this type. Companion Care Inc. never charges a fee to discuss your care
choices with you, either initially or whenever you are considering a change. We
want to offer these services at an affordable rate so that more people can use them.
Plan of Care
After meeting with you, we will prepare a Plan of Care that describes the services
that Companion Care will provide for you at the requested days and times of service. The Plan of Care
describes the services that you chose during the consultation, and it takes effect only after you approve
it. Of course, the Plan of Care can be changed whenever your desires or needs call for something new.
Trial Basis Companion
All services provided for you by a companion start on a trial basis. This allows you and your companion
time to get to know each other. You may change companions if you desire. All of our companions are
insured and bonded. All have passed the criminal background check required by the State of
Washington and a rigorous reference check conducted by Companion Care, Inc.
All have shown a dedication to caring for the elderly or for people who need assistance in their homes.
Our companions are qualified to care for you.
Agreement and Fee Structure
Companion Care, Inc. asks you to sign an agreement that describes the services and
the fee structure. The

provided. You may cancel your agreement at any time with 24-hour notice for any reason.
You will have no obligation to pay for services that you do not use. There is no
deposit required to begin services with Companion Care, Inc. We will bill you at
the conclusion of each week for the services you received. We ask only that you pay
