At Companion Care, we know how important it is to send the right caregiver to you whether you live in a home, a retirement community or a senior care facility. Merri Klein or one of our trained staff will meet with you in person to learn what services we can provide and determine the hours and days when you want services to be performed. Family members are encouraged to attend. This initial consultation is important to us in helping to select a caregiver that is the right match. Once the consultation has been completed and a service plan is prepared a caregiver is selected and introduced in most cases before services are started. Of course all services start on a trial basis. If you or the caregiver determine that this is not a good match, we can introduce you to a new caregiver. Of coarse our goal is to find the right match on the first try and we have proven that we can do this.
Some agencies charge a fee for this type service. Companion Care Inc. never charges a fee to discuss your care choices with you, either initially or whenever you are considering a change. We want to offer these services at an affordable rate so that more people can use them.
