Applicants must pass a criminal background check and interview process, and provide us with three professional and two personal references. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and in some cases be able to drive their client to appointments or run errands. Most importantly, each applicant must demonstrate a caring and compassionate attitude toward helping the elderly and others that need our services to maintain their independance
